The Council

Having regard to the municipal decree;

Whereas the city is connected to Intergem;

Considering the invitation of Intergem the city was invited to participate in the general meeting (annual meeting also) on Thursday, June 27th, 2013 at 11 am;

In view of the Flemish decree of July 6, 2001 on intermunicipal cooperation;

Considering the invitation of the General Assembly (also annual) with the following agenda:

       1. Reports of the Board of Directors and of the Auditor for the year 2012

            2. Approval of the financial statements as of December 31, 2012 (balance sheet, income statement, profit distribution, accounting decisions and policies)

            3. Discharge separately as to the directors and to the auditor concerning the financial year 2012

            4. Evaluation with respect to the operation of the representative association during the last six years and business plan 2013-2018

       5. Appointments

       6. Statutory communications;

Whereas the Council has the opportunity to conduct a debate on the agenda of the general meeting; on that basis, determines its position and the manner in which the representative acts accordingly at the general meeting of the inter-;
